When I lived in Switzerland and visited Paris, I was surrounded by the history of chocolate. I was overcome by all of these new flavors I experienced. I connected them with the flavors my father brought back from his visits to France when I was growing up in India. This collection captures the strong flavors I associate with Europe along with my Indian heritage. I also uphold the challenge to make my chocolate that hold it's own with the palate of multi-generational masters of a chocolatier. The assorted flavors shipped will be influenced by the seasonal availability of fresh ingredients.
